Robyn Real Jewels, is a fashion brand that markets silver jewellery items of the highest quality.
Our jewellery is handcrafted with the highest quality natural gemstones, 925 real sterling silver, and 14kt to 18kt gold plating.
Silver is a natural product and has the property to oxidize and tarnish in time. To keep clean, wear your jewellery, or clean with a microfiber/cotton cloth. Silver does not like lotion and perfumes or any other chemicals, we advise to remove your jewellery before using these product.
Gold plating has a lifespan and we advise to remove your jewellery before; exercising, swimming, showering and any other hard wearing activities.
Natural gemstones are easily cleaned, by rinsing under lukewarm water.
We advise to store your jewellery items separately to avoid scratching, our cotton pouches that will be supplied can be used for this purpose.
When you purchase a piece of our jewellery from the website, you are requesting to buy the item at the stated price. We take great care in ensuring that our prices, product descriptions and details are accurate and correct.
We reserve the right to refuse an order, this may be due to the following reasons:
- The product being out of stock
- We are unable to successfully receive authorization of payment
- An error in description or promotion in the product description
We also reserve the right to cancel or delay your order after receipt. Cancellation of an order can only be granted if the courier has been delayed.
Prices displayed on the website are in the currency, South African Rands (ZAR), including value added tax. These prices do not include shipping, and there is an additional charge for shipping, unless otherwise stated. Please note that prices are subject to change, due to fluctuations in the precious metal and gemstone market.
Payments can be made via a credit card via our website, or directly into our Robyn Real Jewels bank account. These details will be supplied in your order confirmation email, you will receive after placing your order. Should you require any additional information. Repairs & Returns
We aspire to keep our customers happy. However, if you are not satisfied with your item. Please contact us within 10 working days, with proof of purchase. After assessment of the item, you shall receive a store voucher for the amount purchased, excluding delivery costs. A store voucher shall go towards your next order placed and this is treated as a new order and additional shipping charges will apply.
Jewellery items are to be returned, unworn and undamaged. Courier charges for returns are for the customers account.
We do not accept returns or exchange on certain items due to hygiene purposes. However, an order can be assessed, on case-to-case basis. Please note that we do not have an obligation to accept returns or exchanges after the required return period (10 working days).
Please be aware that any in store purchases shall be dealt directly with the store. We will assist where applicable.
Please note that we do not accept returns for the reason of gold plated jewellery wearing away. Gold Plating has a lifespan and we can not guarantee how long the plating shall last. We take great care in provide a thick layer of plating.
We courier throughout South Africa at a cost of R55.00 per parcel. Unless otherwise stated. Order over R1000.00 shall receive free shipping.
Please allow for 3-5 working days from the time your payment has cleared.
