International Women’s Day: Encouraging Gender Equality and Sustainability

International Women’s Day means different things to different people. For some it is about celebrating women and for others, it is an opportunity to advocate against the issues affecting women – a cause that has always been close to the heart of our CEO and founder, Robyn Murray. As a woman who has had to navigate the business world while maintaining her family life, Robyn is always ready and willing to share her advice with the hopes of uplifting other women, since we are – after all – the leaders of tomorrow.

Following this year’s theme for International Women’s Day, we chat to Robyn about gender equality, balancing work-home life and sustainability.

Celebrating Women’s Day this year has brought to light the gender equality which is still heavily skewed towards males. It is, therefore, important to empower Women, now more than ever. Without gender equality, we face a harder time reaching an equal and sustainable future.
