Refund policy
I would like to return/exchange my item.
Hassle-free exchanges and returns. 1 free return or exchange for orders over R1500. Please ship your unwanted item back to and we will ship your item to you for without courier charges. Full refunds on unworn, undamaged jewels within 30 days of delivery (exception on earrings due to hygiene reasons). Please note that you can drop off your return at our offices or ship it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note does not include delivery costs. We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings for reasons of hygiene, sale items/discounted items or gift vouchers.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@byrobyn.co.za or robyn@byrobyn.co.za. We’ll send you our return address, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Orders over R1500 will receive 1 free return. Exchanges for orders over R1500, please send back to us and we will ship your exchange for free to you.
Returns on certain necklaces and chains are not accepted due to the highly delicate nature of chains, we cannot take responsibility for their breakage. Please ensure that all chains are worn with the utmost care and taken care of appropriately. If however there is manufacturing fault, please contact us within in 14 days and we will happily exchange your item.
Returns on gold plating are not accepted due to the unpredictable nature of how long the gold plating will hold. Many outside factors influence how long the plating will last. We cannot give an exact amount of time of how long the gold plating will last. If you have further queries regarding the gold plating of your item, please send us an email.
Returns on SALE items are not accepted. We unfortunately cannot exchange sale items. We are a small business and our mark ups do not allow for the costs involved in reduced/sale item pieces. Contact us at support@byrobyn.co.za.
I received the wrong item or I have a question regarding my order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items damaged by the courier, sale items or gift cards. We will do our best to sort out an issue regarding your order. Please contact us at support@byrobyn.co.za or robyn@byrobyn.co.za.
I would like to cancel my order.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@byrobyn.co.za with the subject line: Cancellation request and your order number. We will then arrange to cancel your order if it has not already been shipped yet. If it has been shipped you will need to return your item to us after receiving your item.
